Runner-up: Allen Gee for My Chinese America
Runner-up: Mary Quade for Ideal Uncertainties

I read that you are not having a competition in 2014 and that the 2015 publication will be the 2013 winners. So are you reading new submissions? Why is there a call for submissions in Poets & Writers. August 2014?
